Terms of Service & Engagement

Building Trust Through Technical Excellence

Welcome to Repairing Point. These terms outline our professional commitment to you when providing repair and maintenance services across home appliances and heavy-duty machinery. By booking a service with us, you agree to the professional framework outlined below.

1. Scope of Service & Expertise

Repairing Point provides specialized technical support for a diverse range of equipment, including but not limited to:

  • • Home Appliances (AC, Fridge, Washing Machine)
  • • Comfort Systems (Sofa, Upholstery Maintenance)
  • • Kitchen Tech (Micro Oven, Induction)
  • • Heavy Machinery (Crane, JCB Repair)

Our services range from emergency one-time repairs to scheduled annual maintenance contracts.

2. Quality Assurance & Service Warranty

At Repairing Point, we treat every machine and every fault as a unique technical challenge. We do not believe in rigid, automated rules, but in real-world results.

As per the specific technical scenario and the nature of the fault, we commit to providing the best possible support with the most appropriate warranty coverage for your peace of mind.

Warranty terms are determined by factors such as the age of the machine, the quality of spare parts selected, and the environmental conditions at the site. The exact duration and terms of your service assurance will be clearly mentioned in your final service report/invoice.

3. Transparent Estimates & Diagnosis

Every project begins with a professional diagnosis. While we aim for 100% accuracy in our initial quotes, certain technical issues (especially in complex machinery like Cranes/JCBs) may only become visible after the unit is dismantled. We will always pause work and discuss any "hidden" faults with you before proceeding with additional costs.

4. Spare Parts & Material Sourcing

We recommend using high-quality or genuine components to ensure the longevity of your equipment. Repairing Point facilitates the sourcing of these parts for your convenience; however, manufacturer warranties apply to the hardware itself. If a client insists on providing their own parts, our responsibility remains limited to the labor and technical execution only.

5. Site Readiness & Safety

For heavy machinery (JCB/Cranes) or high-rise AC installations, the client is responsible for providing a safe and accessible working environment. We reserve the right to reschedule services if the site is deemed hazardous or if the machinery is positioned in a way that prevents safe technical access.

6. Professional Dues & Settlement

Full payment is expected upon the successful completion of the repair or maintenance milestone. We accept all major digital payment modes (UPI/Cards) and cash. Timely settlement of dues ensures that your service history is correctly logged for any future warranty claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

Repairing Point is committed to the highest safety standards; however, we are not liable for pre-existing structural damage, indirect losses, or incidental damages that occur due to the failure of aged or poorly maintained machinery components.
